Terms of Use

Last updated: 7 September 2026

These terms apply to your use of this website, its informational content and the AI-supported case intake process.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. In these terms, “UAE Special Situations Desk”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to this service and brand.

2. Nature of the service

This website provides general informational content, AI-supported case intake, case organisation and a confidential review pathway. We are not a law firm and not a government body. We do not provide access to private government or bank databases.

3. No legal advice and no lawyer-client relationship

Nothing on this website, and nothing generated by the AI Case Concierge, constitutes legal advice. Using the website or the AI Case Concierge does not create a lawyer-client relationship and does not create legal professional privilege.

4. Separate engagement

Any legal advice, representation or other regulated service requires a separate engagement with an appropriately licensed professional, agreed in writing before that work begins.

5. No guarantees

We make no guarantee of case acceptance, of any bank decision, of the release of funds, of the removal of restrictions, of asset recovery, of any regulatory or court outcome, of the removal of a travel ban, or of any other result. Decisions rest with the competent authorities and institutions.

6. AI limitations

AI-generated questions, summaries and classifications may be incomplete or inaccurate. They should not be relied on as legal advice, and human review may be required before any conclusion is drawn.

7. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information to the best of your knowledge
  • Use the service lawfully
  • Never submit passwords, online banking credentials, PINs, one-time passcodes or private cryptographic keys
  • Do not impersonate another person, and do not submit another person's data without authority to do so

8. Prohibited use

  • Unlawful, fraudulent or abusive use of the service
  • Attempts to compromise the security or integrity of the service
  • Scraping or automated activity that harms or degrades the service
  • Misuse of confidential information obtained through the service

9. Fees

Using the case-intake website does not itself guarantee a free professional review. Any paid consultation or professional work must be separately disclosed and agreed with you before it proceeds.

10. Third-party and official links

Links to government, bank, court or professional resources are provided for convenience. Those destinations are controlled by third parties, and we do not control their availability, accuracy or content.

11. Intellectual property

The content, brand elements and interface of this website are protected. Reasonable personal or internal use is permitted. Misleading reproduction, republication or commercial reuse is not permitted without our permission.

12. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the website or these terms at any time. Continued use after a change indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for reliance on general informational content or AI output, for third-party services or links, for interruptions or unavailability of the website, or for decisions made by authorities, banks or other institutions. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14. Governing law

These Terms are intended to be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, subject to any mandatory rules that apply.
