This policy explains how personal data submitted through this website and the AI Case Concierge is collected, used, shared and protected.
For the purposes of this policy, “UAE Special Situations Desk”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to this service and brand. This policy applies to personal data collected through this website, including the AI Case Concierge and any case intake or contact forms.
It does not apply to third-party websites, banks, authorities or professional advisers you may interact with separately.
Depending on how you use the service, we may collect:
Please never enter passwords, online banking credentials, PINs, one-time passcodes (OTPs) or private cryptographic keys into this website or the AI Case Concierge. We do not need them and will never ask for them.
Information you enter into the AI Case Concierge may be processed by AI systems used to generate follow-up questions, summaries and internal classifications. AI outputs are not legal advice, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and may be reviewed by authorised humans.
We aim to process personal data in accordance with applicable UAE data-protection requirements, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 concerning the protection of personal data where applicable. Specific UAE free-zone regimes may impose separate requirements where they apply. Nothing in this policy is legal advice about which regime applies to you.
Where processing depends on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.
We do not sell personal data.
Personal data may be processed using service providers located in or outside the United Arab Emirates. Where required, we aim to apply appropriate safeguards to such transfers.
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the intake and review purpose for which it was collected, and thereafter as needed for legal or security obligations, dispute handling, or other legitimate requirements.
We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect the information submitted to us. However, no website, transmission method or storage system can be guaranteed to be one hundred per cent secure.
Submitting information through this website does not create a lawyer-client relationship and is not privileged or confidential in the sense of lawyer-client privilege.
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to certain processing, or to exercise other rights available under applicable law. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions and verification requirements.

This service is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly solicit or collect case data relating to children. If you believe a child has submitted personal data, please contact us so it can be reviewed.
